In the eventful world we live in, it can prove to be rather challenging to make something memorable. Thanks to modern day technology we are able to capture a moment with the click of smartphone. But just because a picture is snapped is it actually a memory?
In trying to create some needed storage space on my phone I decided to do some spring cleaning of my photos. I noticed that I had countless pictures of sunsets.
I’m not sure of the culprit (smog) but for some reason the past few months we’ve been having the most incredible sunsets here in Los Angeles. Every day they seem to get better and better and I continuously feel the need to photograph them.
Looking through my photos I realized I couldn’t truly remember any of the spectacular sunsets I had documented. It occurred to me that that I should be living more memorably. Not just stopping to take a picture of something, but truly taking it in and appreciating it.
We teamed up with Perry Ellis for this shoot and decided to get Very Perry. I love this new neoprene crewneck sweater! The standout print makes it much more memorable than your everyday grey crewneck and I love the oversized fit, especially when paired with skinny jeans. Perry Ellis has got the answer to this season’s athleisure trend!
Their exclusive new line for spring will be available at Macy’s throughout April. Get this look at Macy's Beverly Center and be sure and sign up for the Perry Ellis mailing list to be the first to know about new arrivals.
